Project Types
VSS has a shared ownership with Shook & Fletcher and Vulcan Industrial Contractors that provides the infrastructure for supporting large and small projects while keeping the overhead low.
Emergent Work
VSS has the capability to mobilize workforce and equipment, regionally or nationally, within 24-72 hours.
Code Work
VSS has a nuclear compliant quality program and currently holds the R Stamp.
Outage & Turnarounds
VSS has the capability to ramp up our labor force to support the most complex outages and turnarounds. In addition, VSS is signatory to specialty agreements with both the Pipefitters and Boilermakers to travel labor in areas where the local resources may be reduced.
Capital Projects
VSS can handle both large and small projects; whether scope-based and task managed or turn-key.
Critical Path Work
With a weld rejection rate of less than 1%, VSS will get the job done right the first time and keep projects on schedule.
Mock-up Projects
VSS has the capability to mock up critical projects, either on-site or in our shop, to provide training to our team prior to project execution.
